If it's a cheaper/offbrand PSU that PSU could be failing and intermittantly not providing enough power at peak load, which would cause a re-boot. The wattage is less important then the quality/efficiency of the power supply itself, amperage provided on the 12v power rails etc. also i don't get any errors no nothing, it just reebots itself.
